The course contributes to the achievement of the educational objectives of Psychology of well-being and performance course by providing students with the tools for the knowledge and understanding of the main theories of sport psychology. The student must be able to demonstrate that he/she can collect and analyse data on cognitive and emotional functions during exercise, behavioural aspects through objective measures (tests, response time, motor activity, eye movements, skin conductance, heart rate, etc.) and subjective measures (anamnestic interview, etc.). Finally, he/she must have specialist knowledge of the tools designed to optimise performance, including through the measurement of physiological, behavioural and cognitive indicators of well-being and performance

Knowledge related to sport and Human Movement science as well as General and social psychology

Frontal lessons, Observation, analysis and discussion of video-recorded material; Cooperative work and focus groups; Practical exercises and activities using role play and simulation
Verifica Apprendimento
The final exam will consist in the production of a ppt about a specific topic discussed durign the course. This presentations will be evaluated with a maximum of 27/30 while another 3 points will depend on the assigned tasks that each student will have received during the course. The students will work in groups providing the report about an assignement on PICO model and answering to some questions about the content of the course. Students not attending the lessons will be tested orally. Global evaluation integrated with the other module of the course will be expressed in 30s.Evaluation criteria will regard:Knowledge and mastery of the contents;Capacity to critically rielaborate contents;Clarity of the oral presentationSynthesis skillsThe ability to develop specific intervention protocols based on the acquired knowledgeThe assignement is a prerequisite of the oral integrated esam.
