631LIIII - DATABASE LABORATORY

Assessment of the learning outcomes of the Database Laboratory module is based on a mandatory project and its associated oral presentation, which is also mandatory.
The project may be carried out individually or in groups of up to three students and is intended to assess the ability to apply, in a practical context, the knowledge and skills acquired during the Database course. In particular, students are required to develop a database starting from the analysis of the problem requirements, proceeding through conceptual and logical design, and culminating in its implementation using MySQL. The project also includes the execution of queries on the developed database in order to verify its correctness and functionality.
The project work must be presented and discussed orally by the group. The evaluation of the project and its oral discussion may result in an adjustment ranging from −2 to +2 points with respect to the grade obtained in the Database module.

Students with disabilities, specific learning disorders (SLD), or other special educational needs are entitled to individualized examination arrangements, in accordance with current regulations and the provisions set out in the University's Student Services Charter:

These arrangements are subject to prior agreement with the course instructor. To request compensatory measures and/or accommodations, students must contact the CON_TE_STO Service by following the procedure described in the Student Services Charter.
