PRIN PNRR - AID2GAIT: Biofeedback based system to enhance robotic assisted gait training in children with cerebral palsy
Public Engagement Therefore, the main purpose of the AID2GAIT project is to develop a bio-feedback system, integrating the estimation of the level of engagement of the child during RAGT, basing on the monitoring of his/her physiological signals, with the information about exoskeleton kinematics. The effectiveness of the whole treatment will be assessed by neuroimaging techniques and clinical scales. The developed system will constitute a fundamental and innovative tool in the rehabilitation field, aiding the clinical staff in understanding the progress of the therapy and to intervene in real time, relaying on objective physiological data relating to the patient.
