Il ruolo del lessico russo nello sviluppo delle competenze interculturali per la mediazione

The present work aims at verifying possibility and usefulness in the development
of cultural competences of calibrated activities of lexical enrichment, carried
out since the early stages of learning Russian as a foreign language in Russian
language courses at university level, aimed at the training of mediators. For this
purpose, a corpus of headwords selected on the basis of suitability criteria estab-
lished in relation to the age of the learners, the level of linguistic mastery and
the educational objectives of the course of study is illustrated. Furthermore, an
example of didactic focus is proposed, based on some of the selected words, with
the aim of allowing the learner to engage with some peculiar traits of Russian
culture, everyday life and feelings, for a gradual and harmonic development of the
different competences necessary for linguistic and cultural mediation.
