La prima grammatica italiana per croati di Giacomo Micaglia (Jacok Mikalja) -1649-

In this paper I have analyzed the first Italian grammar for Croatian (1649) of Giacomo Micaglia 1649, highlighting, in particular, his figure as a scholar of Italian language in the seventeenth century. The article also proposes the linguistic translation and commentary of the first part of the work focuses on the analysis of the name. This is a preliminary study that is part of a larger work that aims to the edition of grammar.
