The traineeship takes the form of a training and orientation pathway, supported by the presence of academic tutors and experienced professionals working in the host structures, who play a guiding and supervisory role. The experience aims to foster integration between knowledge and know-how, between theory and practice, offering students the opportunity to confront themselves with real professional contexts and to progressively and consciously build their own professional profile.The practical traineeship aims to promote the development of reflexive, relational and professional skills, aimed at building identity and a sense of belonging to a professional community, and at developing the ability to critically and consciously re-elaborate and interpret the experiences acted upon. The placement also supports active orientation towards possible future career opportunities.
