Syllabus

Course Objectives

Provide the student with basic knowledge relating to the complex problem of waste management; allow him to develop the skills necessary to adequately carry out technical activities in the manufacturing processes of the main supply chains and in the environmental monitoring actions connected to them.

Course Prerequisites

none

Teaching Methods

Frontal Lessons (4 CFU - 8 hours)
Theoretical seminars and meetings with professionals and technicians of companies operating in the management and treatment of waste (1 CFU - 8 hours)
Plant visits (1 CFU - 10 hours)

Assessment Methods

Written and oral exam.
Written exam with open answer on three topics covered in the course
Those who have achieved the minimum mark of 18/30 in the written test are admitted to the oral exam.
Oral exam: discussion of the written exam and in-depth analysis on the topics of the course also through the discussion of technical documentation
