Syllabus

Course Objectives


Occupational Medicine is a unit of the Integrated Course of Social Sciences, Work and Health Management. The course unit aims to introduce students to the current legislation that protects health in the workplace, the occupational hazards and the prevention of occupational diseases in the healthcare environment.

Course Prerequisites


As indicated in the description of the integrated course.

Teaching Methods


Lectures with power point presentations.

Assessment Methods


Multiple choice test (in itinere) and oral exam to ascertain the acquisition of the objectives of knowledge and understanding of the specific contents.
