Syllabus

Course Objectives

The aim of the course is to provide the theoretical and practical knowledge required for the quantitative determination of pharmaceutically important substances, using both chemical and instrumental methods, with special emphasis on the substances listed in Farmacopea Italiana XII Ed. and Europea VI Ed.

- Analysis of Medicinal
- Organic Chemistry 1

Teaching Methods

The course is divided into 40 hours of theoretical lectures, and 48 hours of numerical exercises and laboratory practice.

Assessment Methods

The exam consists of a written and an oral examination. The candidate has been invited to an oral examination with a vote of 18/30. The vote recounted in the analyses will be averaged with the vote recounted in the written and oral examinations.
