Course Objectives


At the end of the program, the trainee should be able to:

Understand the fundamental mechanisms of disease
Interpret pathology reports
Correlate clinical and morphological data
Understand major diagnostic techniques
Recognize the role of pathology in therapeutic decision-making


Course Prerequisites


Provide the foundational mechanisms underlying disease processes across all clinical disciplines.
Core knowledge for all specialties involved in patient management.
Key competency: understanding how pathological diagnoses are generated.
Central role of pathology in clinical decision-making.

A broad, clinically oriented, approach.

Assessment Methods


Clinical case-based questions aimed at evaluating theoretical knowledge and problem-solving ability, clinicopathological correlation, multidisciplinary approach.
