Course Objectives

The course offers knowledge of company law both indivually and collectively. The acquisition of ability to apply legal principle takes place through critical analysis of the rules and the most relavant jurrisprudental cases botn in UE and Italy. The course offers exercises of casistic nature to train in the law practice.
