Course Objectives

The course offers the tools to understand the legal phenomena related to the insolvency proceedings and circulation of wealth. The acquisition of the ability to apply the knowledge received is done through the critical study of the legislation and the analysis of the most significant jurisprudence both in Europe and in Italy.

The course provides an in-depth look at certain profiles relating to the regulation of the LTD
