Syllabus

Course Objectives


Gain basic knowledge on the main pathologies that affect the arterial tree, how to recognize them and how to treat them. The districts that will be examined are therefore the carotid, the aortic and the peripheral arterial circulation.

Course Prerequisites


Know the anatomy and physiology of the cardiovascular system

Teaching Methods


Frontal lessons with the help of Powerpoint presentations and videos.

Assessment Methods


The assessment will be carried out through an oral exam.
