Course Objectives


Aim of the course is to provide a perspective on the relationship between digitalization and law.

Any propedeutics provided for by the university and departmental provisions

Teaching Methods


Frontal lesson. The course consists in 36 hours in total and the lessons tend to develop student interactivity

Assessment Methods


ASSESSMENT OF LEARNING
The work in the classroom. The exam is oral. The assessment verifies the level of knowledge and skills developed by the student on the training objectives of the course.
The oral exam, based on the progress of the exam, consists on average of 5 questions

Contents


The program will focus on the study of the impact of artificial intelligence on the field of law, particularly legal issues related to copyright, corporate discipline, and contractual liability. The second part of the course is dedicated to studying the relationship between innovation and patent in the Italian and international legal systems, as well as antitrust and smart contracts
