Syllabus

Course Objectives

The student knows the fundamental institutions of Private law, with particular attention to the matter of the human rights, inheritance, obligations and contracts, civil liability, ICT legal issues.
The aim of the Course is to give to students, in a gradual and systematic manner, the necessary familiarity with the language and the logic of Private law and, therefore, to make them acquire a solid method of legal analysis of private relationship.

Assessment Methods


The oral examination consists of an interview with the teacher. The oral examination is designed to appreciate the level of understanding of the fundamental notions of the private law, the achievement by the student of an organic vision of the issues addressed, the ability to move in the system of the civil code and capture the dynamic aspects of private law topics, gathering influences and cohesion with the constitutional principles and the specific norms, also about ICT. The assessment of the interview will be carried out taking into consideration: the knowledge of institutional profiles and the jurisprudential guidelines; the ability to make connections between the different parts of the program; the ability to develop critical arguments; the exposure articulation; the accuracy of the exposure.
