Course Objectives

Expected learning outcomes.
The intended learning outcomes for students are as follows: the course aims to provide the fundamental concepts of commercial law and economics, with particular reference to business law and company law, as well as to social enterprises and other types of organizations falling within the scope of the third sector.

Knowledge and understanding.
At the end of the course the student must have acquired the knowledge of the main legislative texts on the above subjects and be able to apply them to specific cases.

Course Prerequisites

The knowledge of the fundamental notions of private law is required.

Teaching Methods

Lectures, seminars on specific topics, written exercises.

Assessment Methods

The exam consists of a preliminary and optional written test and a final interview.
The final evaluation, expressed in thirtieths, takes into account both the preliminary written test (which is not compulsory) and the final interview.

Ability to apply knowledge and understanding: in the exam, the student must demonstrate that he has acquired the main concepts and legal rules of the subject and is able to use them in solving concrete problems.

Consultation of the code civil provisions is recommended.

The course is divided into three modules: the first focuses on business law, the second on company law, and the third on the legal framework of the third sector.
