Course Objectives


Understand the theoretical foundations of positive psychology and its practical applications.

Identify and implement evidence-based interventions to enhance individual and collective well-being.

Explore the role of positive relationships and emotions in promoting mental health.

Gain basic insights into the neuroscience underpinning positive psychological functioning.






Course Prerequisites


General knowledge of psychology.

Interest in topics related to well-being, happiness, and personal development.




Teaching Methods

Hands-on workshops to design and implement positive psychology interventions (e.g., gratitude and optimism exercises).
