Assessment Methods

Assignments will be given during class sessions. The final grade will be weighted as follows: Individual homework assignments to be submitted to the instructor (30%), individual in-class presentations (30%), final exam (written and oral) (40%).
For non-attending students, as well as for attending students who have not completed the assigned tasks, assessment will be based solely on a written and oral exam. These exams will evaluate both the knowledge acquired and the student’s critical thinking skills.
An excellent grade will be awarded to students who demonstrate a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the course topics, accurate and conscious use of disciplinary language, originality in content development, and strong familiarity with the material.
A good grade will be assigned to students whose preparation is primarily based on memorization, who show limited analytical and synthesis skills, or who use language that is not entirely appropriate.
A passing grade will be given to students who demonstrate significant content gaps or use inappropriate language. If such deficiencies are serious and widespread, the exam will receive a failing grade.

It examines how social psychological approaches help us understand perceptions of fairness, including the factors that shape these perceptions and the outcomes they produce. The course will address the implications of justice research in various domains, including workplaces and organizations, government institutions, law enforcement, healthcare, and the development of radical and extremist behavior. Particular emphasis will be placed on the practical application of justice psychology to promote well-being in communities and professional settings.
