Syllabus

Course Objectives


To provide students with the fundamental theoretical knowledge necessary for a thorough and critical understanding of the general principles of epidemiology, hygiene, and the prevention of infectious diseases.

Course Prerequisites


As stated in the Academic Regulations.

Teaching Methods


The course consists of 3-hour lectures conducted according to the academic calendar. The lessons include a strong interactive component between the instructor and the students.Attendance is mandatory.

Assessment Methods


The student is required to demonstrate their knowledge by clearly and systematically presenting the topics assigned by the instructor.Assessment will be based on a grading scale of thirty points.
