Syllabus

Course Objectives


To recognize and map present and sub-fossil depositional environments and sub-environments. To define evolution and processes.

Course Prerequisites


Bachelor's degree in Geological Sciences (L-34) or an equivalent qualification, and attendance of the course in EARTH OBSERVATION ANALYSIS.

Teaching Methods


Frontal lectures
Mapping laboratoires usinf multisource Earth surface remote sensing data

Assessment Methods


Continuous assessment through the preparation of one or more mapping projects. Final oral presentation of the project with questions and discussion
