Un modello di riflessione sulle pratiche per la professionalizzazione dei docenti

One of the contemporary requirements on education systems is the crossing from teaching as a trade to teaching as a profession. For this, pedagogical and ethical changes are necessary: the teacher can move from a knowledge of experience to expert knowledge, based on the interconnection with the academic research. In this scene, what are the training devices that can activate the distance and reflection in teachers? This paper presents a model of analysis of the practices, that it was tested in a collaborative research project: the path underlined significant changes both in action and in the self-perception of the teachers involved. They have started to show a professional posture
