Human-computer interaction is a key element in the communication between a human and a computer. Hence, the most advanced computer system takes a significant attention in improving this communication. This chapter analyzes the elements of human-computer interaction paying special attention to elements that the usability consists of. A particular consideration is dedicated to visual and contact devices as well as to their comparison. Then, the factors of the usability are defined as: (i) tasks, (ii) system, and (iii) users. Each of them is carefully explained with its constituent components. At the end, their mutual interaction is discussed.
