Hidradenitis suppurativa

Treatment of hidradenitis suppurativa is challenging. Medical treatments are often disappointing whereas surgical techniques, even if effective, involve considerable discomfort and are therefore reserved for severe disease. We introduce the cryoinsufflation as new supplementary weapon in the dermatologist arsenal.
