FANTI VERA

Vera Fanti is Full Professor of Administrative Law at the “G. d’Annunzio” University of Chieti-Pescara. Since 21.06.2023, she has been Rector’s Delegate of the “G. d’Annunzio” University of Chieti-Pescara for legal, judicial, and litigation affairs.
Since the XXVIII cycle, she has been a member of the Academic Board of the National Ph.D. Program in Public Administration and Innovation for Disability and Social Inclusion (administrative headquarters at the University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli”).
Since the XL cycle, she has been a member of the Academic Board of the Ph.D. Program in “Legal Sciences for Sustainability, Ecological Transition and Innovation” (administrative headquarters at the “G. d’Annunzio” University of Chieti-Pescara).
From 2018 to 2020, she was ASN commissioner for the competition sector 12/D2 Tax Law for four four-month terms.
She is Principal Investigator of the National Research Project (PRIN), call 2022, entitled “Artificial Administrative Intelligence for Territorial Equality. An operational research on public interest and the protection of individuals in the context of developments in the digital era.”
She is Coordinator of the research group “Artificial Intelligence and Land Governance,” of the “Hugo Gernsback” Laboratory established at the Leonardo Da Vinci Telematic University.
She is a member of the scientific committee of several A-rated journals.
The research activity carried out has resulted in numerous essays and articles, published mainly in A-rated scientific journals and in collective volumes of wide national relevance; she is the author of three monographic works and co-author of a Handbook of Administrative Justice. Her scientific research activity is evidenced by her participation, as a speaker, in numerous conferences and seminars.
