Syllabus

Course Objectives

Identify the main ENT diseases as comorbidities of the dental profession. Understand the main surgical techniques and their complications.

Course Prerequisites

noneThere are no preparatory courses other than those provided for in the study plan. There are no prerequisites but supplementary readings may be recommended from time to time which will also allow students who have not previously gained disciplinary knowledge to achieve the indicated objectives.

Teaching Methods

Frontal lessons with presentation of slides and practical exercises during the lessons. Interactive methods will be used to involve students and stimulate them to clinical reflection. The interactive mode requires students to constantly participate in lessons

Assessment Methods

Oral mode: questions regarding the topics covered by the course.
