Course Objectives

TRAINING OBJECTIVES

The course aims to provide students with appropriate knowledge of the entire commercial subject from commercial law to bankruptcy procedures.

Expected learning outcomes: the student will acquire a good knowledge and understanding of the elements of commercial law, in particular.

The student will acquire the ability to
apply knowledge and understanding, by
focusing the case of point in the frame of
the legal paradigms, for a right definition
and appropriate solution of elementary
practical cases, with particular reference
to commercial law topics

Independent judgement:
The student will develop logical skills
useful for the interpretation of normative
texts and acts of commercial law.

Communication skills:
Training of the ability to argue, explain
and use the acquired lexicon

Learning ability:
The student will be able to carry out basic
juridical research and to write legal acts
on simple cases.

Any propedeutics provided for by the university and departmental

Teaching Methods

Frontal lesson. The course consist in 96 hours in total and the lessons tend to develop student interactivity.

Assessment Methods

ASSESSMENT OF LEARNING
The work in the classroom. The exam is oral. The assessment verifies the level of knowledge and skills developed by the student on the training objectives of the course.
The oral exam, based on the progress of the exam, consists on average of 5 questions.

Students with disabilities, Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), or other special educational needs may benefit from individualized arrangements for examinations, in compliance with applicable regulations and with the provisions of the University’s Service Charter (https://www.unich.it/sites/default/files/2024-02/carta_dei_servizi_0.pdf), subject to prior agreement with the course instructor.
