Course Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites beyond those outlined in the curriculum. There are no prerequisites, but additional readings may be recommended from time to time, allowing even students without prior knowledge of the subject to achieve the indicated objectives.

Teaching Methods

Frontal lessons and practical exercises during the lessons. Voluntary practical exercises in a clinical setting. Interactive methods will be used to involve students and stimulate clinical reflection. The interactive mode requires constant participation by the students in the lessons.

Assessment Methods

The exam will be oral and the evaluation will be based on the following parameters:
1) Knowledge of the fundamental notions present in the recommended texts (until 8 points)
2) Ability to organize knowledge discursively by addressing individual topics from different points of view compared to the recommended texts (until 8 points)
3) Ability to critically reason on the diagnosis and therapy of the pathologies addressed (until 8 points)
4) Quality, competence, effectiveness and linearity of exposure and use of specialized vocabulary (until 8 points)
The constant attendance at the lessons guarantees a result in terms of score higher than the lack of constant freequentation
