knowledge of the theoretical principles of evaluation​​​​​​​
knowledge of evaluation procedures and techniques
Learning disciplinary vocabulary
financial feasibility of building projects
Equity and sustainability in urban and land use planning: valuation in urban equalization and Land Value Recapture techniques
knowledge of the statistical and professional software related to the evaluation activity

Assessment Methods


The exam consists of an oral exam on the topics covered during the course and a discussion of the appraisal work completed.
