Syllabus

Course Objectives


The teaching is part of the general objective of the study course to provide theoretical and practical knowledge regarding the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) and the ONU Convention, guaranteeing the student a shared clinical practice within the rehabilitation team.
Learning outcomes:
Knowledge and understanding
Learn about the importance of the environment in rehabilitation
Learn theoretical and practical knowledge about the ICF
Learn about the relationship between the ICF and the ONU convention on the rights of people with disabilities.
Autonomy of judgment
Construction of a professional identity
Set up an occupational program
Communication skills

Teaching Methods


The teaching is divided into 20 hours of frontal teaching, which include a strong interactive component between teacher and students.

Assessment Methods

The oral exam is aimed at ascertaining the learning outcomes. The vote is expressed out of thirty.

Students with disabilities, Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), or other Special Educational Needs (SEN) may be entitled to individualized arrangements during examinations, in accordance with applicable legislation and the provisions set out in the University Charter of Services (https://www.unich.it/sites/default/files/2024-02/carta_dei_servizi_0.pdf), subject to prior agreement with the course instructor.
