Syllabus

Course Objectives


Knowledge of the main pathologies causing low vision and blindness. Clinical classification of the visually impaired patient. Knowledge of the multidisciplinary approach to the visually impaired patient and the role of the orthoptist.
​​​​​​​Knowledge of the fields of application of ergophthalmology and the role of the orthoptist in this ophthalmological branch

Course Prerequisites


Knowledge of physiopathological optics.
​​​​​​​Knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the eye.
