Syllabus

Course Objectives

provide students with the knowledge they need to relate to people with communication disabilities and deficits in cognitive processes to increase their ability to relate.
Expected learning outcomes:
- knowledge of the main communication and language difficulties; -knowledge of alternative communication methods to ensure proper communication report; - knowledge of the main communication difficulties - language in the adult age; - being able to plan individual communication paths to ensure proper insertion and recovery

Course Prerequisites

basic knowledge of anatomofisiology, neuroanatomofisiology

Teaching Methods

Lessons fronts with slide presentation; individual and group class tutorials on topics covered

Assessment Methods

oral verification with answer 10 questions on the various topics covered; presentation of two structured processes according to the directions given to the lesson

competence deepen the knowledge of human language as a means of communication and interaction social work;
the greatest communication-language difficulties in more frequent pathologies of the adult age and identify the pathways therapeutics to promote growth of communication skills, with particular reference the inclusion of these patients in our family and the necessary collaboration with the institutions to achieve the best results.
