Course Objectives

The training course aims to raise awareness of the main regulatory instruments regulating the procedures of territorial transformation in their various elements (landscape, environment, infrastructure, towns, etc.).

Teaching Methods

Front lectures with discussion of power point presentations on course content, exam of case studies / measures, periodic exercises for ongoing assessment of learning

Assessment Methods

The exam is oral. It provides that students are asked at least three questions. The questions will be aimed at ascertaining general knowledge and the degree of control of the subject as a whole, as well as the knowledge of individual institutes. The oral exam usually takes place in person. The final grade goes from 1 to 30 with honours (cum laude), according to the following modalities: 1-17, insufficient; 18-21, sufficient; 22-24, fair; 25-27, good; 28-29, very good; 30-30 with honours (cum laude), excellent.

the e-learning portal is used as a teaching support tool (for the publication of materials, the carrying out of exercises, the publication of announcements). The last part of the Course (10 hours) will be held by dr. Gianlorenzo Ioannides (PhD in Administrative Law and holder of fellowship on urban regeneration financed by the Ministry of University) with a theoretical but also case-based approach. However, during these final lectures the holder of the Course will be present in the classroom
