Course Objectives

The course is designed to facilitate the acquisition of fundamental knowledge of the matter, relating to the organization and functioning of public administration, the principles governing the administrative activities, as well as the procedural protection of the private.

Teaching Methods

Classroom lectures are supplemented by supplementary seminars on specific topics and self-study and testing activities

Assessment Methods

The exam is an interview-like discussion. The assessment regards the argumentative skills starting from a case and the acquisition of an appropriate technical language.
