Course Objectives

The educational objective for the student is to achieve the following learning outcomes:

- Knowledge and understanding.

The course aims to impart the main notions of economic innovation law, with particular regard to the technological market of financial services.

- Ability to apply knowledge and understanding.

At the end of the course the student must have acquired the knowledge of the main legislative texts on the subject and be able to apply them in specific cases.

Course Prerequisites

The student must have the basic knowledge of private law and economic law.

Assessment Methods

- Knowledge and understanding.

The exam consists of a preliminary and optional written test and a final interview.

The final evaluation, expressed in thirtieths, takes into account both the preliminary written test (which is not compulsory) and the final interview.

- Ability to apply knowledge and understanding.

In the exam, the student must demonstrate that he has acquired the main concepts and legal rules of the subject and is able to use them in solving concrete problems.

The course is dedicated to the study of the main profiles of economic innovation law, with particular attention to the technological market of financial services.
