Syllabus

Course Objectives

The candidate should be able to demonstrate a good level of knowledge and understanding of the global transport system and the role its plays in everyday life. It should be able to solve basic sea and air transport problems and start a career as an in house junior employee in a transport business.

Course Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of contract and commercial law.

Teaching Methods

Lectures, tutorials and mock exams.

Assessment Methods

Written exam: a 3500words essay on a set theme. Oral exam on the program. The essay is aimed at ascertaining the student's proficiency in written legal arguments supported by rigour and legal logic. The oral exam is aimed at ascertaining the student's proficiency in the subject.
