Syllabus

Course Objectives


To provide students with the theoretical foundations necessary for a critical understanding of the general principles of epidemiology, hygiene, and the prophylaxis of infectious diseases.

Course Prerequisites


The student must have basic knowledge of biology and statistics.

Teaching Methods


The course consists of 2-hour lectures scheduled according to the academic calendar. The lessons include a strong interactive component between the instructor and the students.
Attendance is mandatory.

Assessment Methods


Oral exam: The student must demonstrate their knowledge by discussing the topics requested by the instructor in a clear and organized manner.The evaluation will be conducted using a grading scale out of thirty.
