FI21B3A - INTERNAL MEDICINE

The exam can be conducted either orally or in written form, at the discretion of the Examination Board. In both formats, it covers the topics included in the syllabus. For each topic, the student must demonstrate knowledge of pathogenesis, pathophysiology, clinical features, diagnosis, and therapy.Additionally, the ability to make connections between different topics, to approach differential diagnosis correctly, and to apply clinical methodology will be evaluated. Particular attention will also be given to the commitment shown in deepening knowledge through textbooks and up-to-date scientific publications.The final grade, expressed out of thirty by the Examination Board, represents the average of the marks awarded for individual questions and for each discipline.​​​​​​​
