Course Objectives

The dietician must know the basic elements for a correct setting up of a parenteral and / or enteral nutrition protocol in a hospital and / or home environment.

Course Prerequisites

General principles of use of NA, indications in malnutrition and catabolism. Choice between enteral and parenteral nutrition.

Teaching Methods

Frontal lessons + exercises in small groups

Oral and written, in itinere and final, taking into account acceptable performance levels.
