Syllabus

Course Objectives


The general educational objective of the course is to provide theoretical
and practical knowledge of Occupational Therapy to stimulate clinical
reasoning in the definition of rehabilitation intervention in paediatric age.
It provides reasoning and analysis tools for evaluation and analysis during
the child's development process. The criteria for the choice of therapeutic
activities and interventions on the child, family, school are determined.
At the end of the course the student will achieve the following specific
objectives:
- Clinical reasoning and analysis of occupational profiles
- Evaluation and analytical skills of the child’s functioning during
neuromotor development
- Competencies in the analysis of therapeutic activities
- Competence in the choice of specific interventions

Course Prerequisites


Prerequisites are indicated in the didactic regulations

Teaching Methods


The course is divided into 20 hours of frontal teaching.
Practical exercises will be carried out.
