Course Objectives

The course aims to provide students with knowledge of the fundamental properties of the solid state and of the main materials characterization techniques, of the main classes of materials and biomaterials on an inorganic basis for applications in the cosmetic field and of the main chemical, physical, mechanical and biological properties of biomaterials, with specific reference to those on an inorganic basis.
