At the end of the course, the student must demonstrate that: -Know the classes of nutrients and the concept of nutritional needs. -Know the biochemical role of food. - Communication skills: at the end of the course, the student must be able to use the technical language of Biochemistry in the cultural and scientific context of competence.
Course Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of Physics, Mathematics, General and Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Anatomy and Human Physiology.

Oral exam: questions related to the treatment of several topics in which the interpretation of graphs of various kinds and representation of chemical structures of biomolecules is required.
