Course Objectives


To provide fundamental knowledge about modern biomedical imaging techniques, from physical principles to clinical and research applications.

Course Prerequisites

Calculus, general physics.

Teaching Methods


Classroom lessons.

Assessment Methods


The verification of student’s knowledge consists of a written exercise
and an oral integration. The final score (max 30) is given by the average of written and oral scores. The duration of the written test is about 45 minutes.
