Course Objectives

The general objective of the course is to transmit a general knowledge of information technology devices and technologies commonly used in information systems.
Become familiar with email, surfing the net and using the internet.
Acquire sufficient capacity to use the Office package.

Not required.

Teaching Methods

The course includes 20 hours of lectures, divided into 2-hour lessons depending on the academic calendar. The frontal teaching consists of theoretical lessons and practical lessons on the use of the office package in a laboratory with pc. During the lessons small exercises are carried out on the subjects of teaching.

Assessment Methods

The verification of the student's preparation consists of a written test with a multiple-choice questionnaire relating to the entire program with a possible subsequent oral integration at the discretion of the teacher. The total points (30) will be divided based on the questions present in the test. The total score is given by the sum of the correct scores for the individual questions. The duration of the written test is 20-30 minutes.
