Syllabus

Course Objectives

The aim of the course is to:
introduce the knowledge of the principles of ethics and professional deontology and their operational implications;
provide a complete framework of information relating to the professional figure of the Dietitian, his/her training path, his/her skills and occupational areas.
These contributions of knowledge will form the basis for the reading of the current healthcare reality and will promote, through the regulatory assumptions and professional problems, the development of critical reflection for research and professional practice.
