Course Objectives


Learning Objectives: The course, after analysing the concept of business ethics, aims to provide learners with the tools to be able to identify and adopt ethical principles to underpin the adoption of AI in business systems from a transformative perspective.

Learning Outcomes: At the end of the course, students will acquire the following knowledge and skills:
Knowledge and Understanding Skills: - Understand the ethical principles surrounding AI
- Recognise best practices for using AI in business
- Identify the principles necessary to support transformative governance models and effective business operating systems.
Autonomy of Judgment:
- Critically evaluate ongoing technological transformations to effectively manage them within business systems.
- Analyse the role of 'twin transitions'—environmental and digital—in a company.

Communication Skills:
- Utilise the various skills acquired to identify and articulate the reasons for adopting AI in business systems.

Course Prerequisites


Prerequisites:
Students should already have acquired knowledge and skills related to business management


Teaching Methods


Teaching methods / Course structure: The course is structured in 24 hours of teaching activity organized in lectures and case studies.


Assessment Methods


Course grade determination:

The exam will focus on the theoretical contents of the program.

The course aims to analyse the link between Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Business Ethics by highlighting, the ethical principles for AI, the risks of unethical behaviour, the approaches to be used to integrate AI into governance models and business operations
