The program provides the students with an introduction to the themes related to the measurement in psychology and basic concepts to deal with problems of quantification and quantitative data processing. Regarding the learning expectations, the student is required to demonstrate acquisition of the following objectives:1. methods of classifying psychological tests;2. the fundamental notions on the psychometric characteristics of psychological tests (reliability and validity),3. the areas of application of psychological tests, as well as their use and abuse.
