Syllabus

Course Objectives

Understanding and knowing how to apply the National Collective Labor Agreement for one's own protection and for the protection of other workers, whether they are colleagues or personnel to be coordinated.

Learning will be verified through a written test with multiple choice questions and semi-structured questions.

Texts

The study material will be provided by the teacher and will focus on the specific topics of the course. These will be handouts, slides, scientific articles and recommended reading.

Contents

The training activity will focus on the employment relationship of the Health Profession Technician both employed by public and private healthcare facilities. There will be brief notes on the National Collective Labor Bargainning, with particular regard to the obligations of the worker and the powers of the employer (managerial and disciplinary) and the regulation of working time.
