The teaching contributes to the realization of the training objective of the Course in Environment and Workplace Prevention Techniques to train professionals with an education oriented towards the prevention of the disease and the promotion of health in the community and in the territory.

RESULTS OF EXPECTED LEARNING

Knowledge and understanding
At the end of the lessons of the course the student will have to:
- know the basic rules on hygiene and safety in living and working environments;
- know the main risks in the industrial field and the preventive strategies.

Applying knowledge and understanding
At the end of the lessons of the course the student will have to:
- know how to correctly apply the environmental sampling methodologies of chemical and physical pollutants.

Making Judgments
At the end of the lessons of the course the student will have to:
- prepare a risk assessment plan within a working reality.
- be able to evaluate prevention strategies.

Communication skills
At the end of the lessons of the course the student will have to:
- know how to use the appropriate language to perform preventive medicine interventions.
