Contents

The course aims to offer, from a theoretical and methodological point of view, topics relating to the strategic sphere of the organisation, management and provision of services to the person.
It will also highlight the nature and social function of these services, in the broader context of the process of setting up public and private companies, with a particular focus on the creative processes and innovative services of participatory co-design and co-planning of type A and B social enterprises.
The foundational matrices and the morphogenetic dynamics of these structures will be identified, with the appropriate emphasis on the operational and executive dimensions of social welfare services. Finally, strategies and good practices of co-designing and co-planning will be examined through which it is possible to concretely understand the relationship between the mission of organisations, the creative behaviour of groups engaged in the design of new services, the governance of innovation and the capacity for participatory leadership.
