Syllabus

Course Objectives


1. Knowledge and Understanding:Understand the theoretical foundations of social psychology in the field of social attitudes and their relationship with behavior. Know and comprehend explanatory models of the attitude–behavior relationship as well as predictive models. Know and understand the theoretical and methodological models of behavior change, including those involving persuasive communication.
2. Applying Knowledge and Understanding:Understand the interconnection between individual characteristics, social influence, attitudes, and collective behaviors, and be able to apply relevant models and theories to design behavior change interventions in real-world contexts, both in cases of deviant attitudes and behaviors and in those involving prosocial attitudes and behaviors (equality, justice, environmental protection).

Teaching Methods

Interactive lectures with practical exercises and discussions on in-depth topics.

Assessment Methods


The exam consists of a written test with 31 multiple-choice questions, each correct answer worth 1 point and incorrect answers worth 0 points (with a final score ranging from 0 to 30 with honors). The subsequent oral exam is conditional on passing the written test and must be taken in the same exam session
